Before you hire.

What do I need to get started?

A WhatsApp Business number and a Google Calendar. If you already use Fresha, Booksy or Square, your PA works alongside them, the way a human PA would.

Will my clients know it's an AI?

Yes. Your PA has a name, a face and a personality, and she's open that she's your AI PA. Clients can ask for you at any point and the chat comes straight to you.

Whose photo is on the WhatsApp profile?

Your choice. Use your PA's portrait so clients put a face to the name, or keep your own logo.

Does she replace my receptionist?

No. She takes the repetitive messages, out-of-hours enquiries and reminders, so your team has more time for clients.

Can I style my own PA?

Yes. Hire one of our PAs as they are, or choose your own name, look, voice, personality and tone.

Are interviews recorded?

Interviews with our PAs run on ElevenLabs and may be stored so we can improve them. Please don't share personal or payment details during an interview.

Is my clients' data safe?

We follow UK GDPR. Client details are only used for their bookings and are never shared with other clients. Read our privacy policy.

Can I switch it off?

Any time. Pause your PA, approve every booking yourself, or step into any conversation.
