Is it live now?

It works end to end on WhatsApp today: answering, booking, deposits and calendar links. We're opening it to a small group of founding partners first, so we can set each one up properly.

Will my clients know it's an assistant?

Yes. It introduces itself as your booking assistant and passes clients to you whenever they ask.

What if it doesn't know an answer?

It only uses your prices and rules. Anything it isn't sure about, it asks you, and your answer becomes a new rule.

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

Today your PA uses a WhatsApp Business number we help you set up. Keeping your existing number is on our roadmap.

Where does the deposit go?

Payments go through Stripe, a secure payment provider, and are paid out to your own bank account.

Is my clients' data safe?

We follow UK GDPR. Client details are only used for their bookings and are never shared with other clients. Read our privacy policy.

Can I pause it?
